Halloween is fast approaching, to get into the spirit of it all I put together this ghoulish illustration, which was alot of fun to do, thinking up some of the spooky festive cliche’s about halloween.
A very recent advertising campaign for yogurt Brand Alpina, commissioned by San Diego, Based advertising agency, Vitro. The advertising campaign involved creating fresh 3D quilling artworks for the “Make a Wish for Women” The artworks are being used on posters and window displays, one of which is a store front window on Park Avenue, NY. A 3D animation was also created for the advertising campaign which will soon be available.
I have been working with Alex Hammond a 3D designer I share a studio with, we have been experimenting with my illustration style and Alex’s 3D expertise to create some unique work. Ralph Lauren approached me to create a pattern for some new packaging, which would be used on bags and perfume boxes, I was sent some images of the perfume box photography shoot images, and I cant express how pleased I am, I will certainly have to purchase the gift box for my artwork archives.
Columbus Comunications agency based on the Kings Road, London, Approached me to create a series of illustrations for a direct advertising campaign for Gordon’s gin. The artwork concept involved creating a drinks servings list which related to the 12 days of Christmas, cleverly called the 12 serves of Christmas, a Christmas card , and a design for a direct email mail out. The illustrations contained Christmasy illustrated elements which were delicately woven together.
Save energy artwork, I created this artwork, to highlight that we should switch off the lights we do not need. I am forever conserving energy by constantly switching off electrical appliances much to the annoyance of my family. It was another environmentally friendly artwork I had been thinking of and it very much flowed creatively.

I may created some tote bags from the artwork, or think of other green projects I could use it for. It was purely a fun exercise which I had been thinking of creating for a few days and it was a pleasure to create it from a idea to a visual piece.
Here are some examples of Xmas cards I have designed in the past to send out to clients, friends and family members. I enjoy designing seasonal cards and sending them out. I am currently working on 2010 Xmas card which will be sending out early next month. I am working on a few different experiments with my artwork, its actually very refreshing to try new things and experiment. focusing on developing and learning. above is a artwork which is mixed media and a step up from my very digital vector work.
